Manufacturing Process of GenoMax PLUS®

The premium, free-form amino acids used in GenoMax PLUS® are obtained by fermentation using natural, plant-based materials like sugarcane, cassava, beetroot, molasses, whole grains and broad beans. It is based on the principle that microorganisms convert nutrients to various vital components necessary to themselves.

With the fermentation method, raw materials are added to microorganism culture media, and the proliferating microorganisms are allowed to produce amino acids. Enzymes play an important role here as they help to catalyze chemical reactions in the living body, thus enabling substances to be digested and synthesized. Consecutive reactions by 10 to 30 kinds of enzymes are involved in the process of fermentation, and various amino acids that made up of GenoMax PLUS® are produced as a result of these reactions.

To ensure that the amino acids obtained are of the highest purity, we ensure that the stirring speed, temperature, air supply and quality, and pH conditions within the fermentation environment are set to optimum.
